Notes

• First of all, one must be physically fit as the tour entails grueling trekking in hilly areas. Please ensure a small bag only with bare minimum clothes with other necessary items.
• Anything not a part of inclusions, any room service at hotel or outside which is personal in nature shall be paid by individuals themselves.
• Expenses towards entry fee for monuments and paid activities, if any, shall be payable by individuals themselves.
• Please take a note that lunch is not included on any day. Similarly tourists will have to pay themselves for any refreshment/fooding during their taxi/train journey on all days.
• Under option-2 – Residence to Railway Station to & fro travelling on self paid basis.
• Organiser’s liability strictly limited to above inclusions and activities irrespective of any force majeure.
• In case fully/partly execution of tour is not possible due to force majeure incidents including but not limited to riots, sabotage, avalanche, land sliding, traffic jam or any act of God, mass created circumstances, refund shall be governed by Govt. notifications on the subject in due course.
• Tourists selecting Option-2 for journey, would be shifted to option-1, in case of non-availability of train tickets.
• In case of individuals not a part of 04 passengers’ groups, and we too are unable to form a group of 04, than such tourists would be given their full refund.
