Trip Itinerary
Day 01 :
24 December, 2025 - Arrival at Prayagraj (Morning)
- Train departure from Delhi on 23.12.2025 (eve) and arrival at Prayagraj next day morning.
- Station to Sangam for pious snan & dip in The Gangas, Hanuman Mandir Darshan there.
- Drive from Sangam to Varanasi before 10.00 AM, Lunch on the way and reach Varanasi.
- Check in to Hotel. Going for Ganga Aarti by small Cruise. Return to Hotel, Dinner and stay.
Day 02 :
25 December, 2025 – Prayagraj to Varanasi
- After early breakfast, all can use the day as per their convenience and make program for
Darshan of various temples. - During full day religious activities Darshan of Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Sankat Mochan Mandir,
Bhairon Baba Mandir, Tulsi Manas Mandir etc. - Return to hotel. Dinner at Hotel & Stay.
Day 03 :
26 December, 2025 – Varanasi to Ayodhya
- After early breakfast, proceed to Ayodhya. (220 kms. Approx. 5 hrs.) Lunch on the way.
- Check in to Hotel. Proceed to Hanuman Garhi, Sri Ram Mandir, Dashrath Mahal, Kanak
Bhawan, Saryu River etc. - Return to hotel. Dinner at Hotel & Stay.
Day 04 :
27 December, 2025 – Departure from Ayodhya (afternoon)
- After breakfast, drive to see some tourist attractions and religious places.
- May visit Namstey Chowk, Prabhu Ram-Bharat Milap Mandir etc as per availability of time.
- Lunch on the way. Drive to Railway Station to board Vande Bharat Express at 03.00 PM.

- 2. Anything not a part of inclusions, any room service in hotel, entry fee for monuments and
- paid activities, which is personal in nature shall be paid by individuals themselves.
- 3. Tourists will have to pay themselves for refreshment/fooding while boarded in air/train.
- 4. Residence to Airport / Railway Station to & fro travelling on self paid basis.
- 5. In case fully/partly execution of tour could not be possible due to force majeure incidents
- including but not limited to war, riots, sabotage, avalanche, land sliding, long traffic jam or
- any act of God, mass created circumstances, refund shall be governed by Govt. notifications
- on the subject in due course.
- 6. This itinerary is an advance planning of activities at the places that are parts of the tour which
- shall be solely subject to local conditions & administrative rules leading to some changes
- and majority consensus may lead to alter within the same as well.
- 7. Partially or fully left out portion and activities of the tour due to train/flight delay shall be the
- responsibility of the individual and the organiser shall not be liable for any refund.

Cancellation Policy
Air fare shall be non-refundable and a deduction between 60-45 days- 25%, between 45-30 days-
50%, between 30-15 days- 75% plus train fare deduction as per rules. Within 15 days of tour
start no refund. Execution impossible due to force majeure circumstances shall be governed by
Govt. notifications on the subject.
