NOTE :
1. Tourists will have to pay themselves for refreshment/fooding while boarded in air/train.
2. Residence to Airport / Railway Station to & fro travelling on self paid basis.
3. In case fully/partially execution of tour could not be possible due to force majeure incidents including but not limited to war, riots, sabotage, epidemics, avalanche, land sliding, long traffic jam or any act of God, mass created circumstances, refund shall be governed by Govt. notifications on the subject in due course.
4. Partially or fully left out portion and activities of the tour due to train/flight delay/no show shall be the responsibility of the individual and the organizer shall not be liable for any refund.
5. In case pre booked flights are cancelled due to any reason, whatsoever, and new tickets are to be booked, then difference fare will have to be paid by the individuals.

CANCELLATION
International & domestic Air fare, Cruise charges, VISA fee, travel Insurance and 10% administrative charges shall be non-refundable and a deduction between 60-45 days- 25%, between 45-30 days- 50%, between 30-15 days- 75% shall be made of remaining ground package and cancellation within 15 days of tour start no refund shall be made. Execution impossible due to force majeure circumstances shall be governed by Govt. notifications on the subject.
